In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Client, Socialated, LLC retains the right to keep any initial, non-refundable, deposits. If work is cancelled by Socialated, LLC, Socialated agrees to refund any payments you might have paid for work or services left incomplete.
There is no cancellation fee, but the Client is required to provide 30 days advance notice of their intent to cancel this service agreement. A written or emailed cancellation notice must be received by Socialated within 30 days before the client’s next invoice is delivered. Any discrepancies in compensation or delivery will be accessed with a prorated daily rate.
